Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NORTH COW CREEK SCHOOL DISTRICT

Where:            Room 18- NCCS

When:             October 18, 2011

Time:               7:00 p.m.

IN COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 4217.12, A PUBLIC HEARING IS REQUIRED TO REVIEW A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT FINDINGS REGARDING ANTICIPATED ENERGY COST SAVINGS AND OTHER BENEFITS FROM ENTERING INTO AN ENERGY SERVICE CONTRACT.

PUBLIC INPUT IS INVITED

 

The North Cow Creek School District will hold a Public Hearing on October 18, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing a resolution to adopt findings regarding anticipated energy cost savings and other benefits from entering into an energy service contract with Halcyon Solar and Belvedere Equipment Finance for a solar field to be built on the property of North Cow Creek School.

The District encourages participation by parents, teachers, members of the community, and bargaining unit leaders in this discussion.
