This week, we learned six self-regulation strategies: “Breathe,” “Ask for Help,” “Connect,” “Move,” “Take a Break,” and “Use Your Senses.” Use The Pause Plan on Leader in Me Online and create a Pause Plan for everyone to use at home! 

Early Winter Sports is upon us. Look for upcoming schedules for girls basketball, flag football, and 4th/5th grade soccer. League games will begin the first week of November. 

Student-led conferences take place Tuesday through Thursday next week. If you do not already have a scheduled time to conference with your student, make sure to reach out to your teacher ASAP. 

Students will participate in our annual costume parade immediately following Thursday Flag at the start of school. Students can change into more comfortable clothing after the parade. 

After the parade we will be having a small carnival set up in the gym for grades TK-3. All students will be receiving the candy that was donated by parents to the school. 

Friday is no school for students. Staff will participate in our professional development in-service.
