This week we learned about our Circle of Control and Circle of No Control. We learned to use these to improve areas of our leadership, our class, and our community.
Play the game: “Which Circle?” Work together and draw a large circle (Circle of No Control) and a smaller circle inside of the larger one (Circle of Control). As you read each statement, invite your learner to identify the appropriate circle and why they chose the circle:
- Gossip
- Doing something you know is wrong
- Giving up
- Trying even when something is hard
- Other people fighting
- A friend moving away
- Peer pressure
- Effort
